From November 14th to 15th, to grandly commemorate the 30th anniversary of Baida’s establishment, the company’s meticulously planned “Thirty Years of Fun, Gathering Strength Together” themed garden party came to a successful conclusion. Nearly 800 employees actively participated, jointly creating a joyous and vibrant celebration event through a variety of fun games and interactive experiences.
As an important part of the company’s 30th anniversary celebration series of activities, this garden party takes “fun interaction and teamwork” as its core tenet. It has set up 6 special game projects and a points redemption mechanism, aiming to enhance the cohesion of employees and showcase Baida’s corporate culture of “united and moving forward together” through a relaxed and pleasant activity atmosphere.
The event will be carried out in an orderly manner according to time periods: The special session for Baida Precision Machinery will be held on Friday, November 14th, while the special session for Baida Electrical Appliances will be held on Saturday, November 15th. Employees of Baida Machinery can flexibly choose their participation dates based on their work arrangements. Two activities are arranged every day, in the morning and afternoon, to ensure that employees can balance work and participation experiences.
The six game projects each have their own characteristics, covering both individual skills challenges and team collaboration competitions, and are exquisitely designed and interesting. Mini-golf tests accuracy. Participants have three chances to put the ball. They need to keep a calm mind and coordinate their movements to push the ball into the target area. Crossing the river by stepping on stones requires contestants to use a limited number of prop bricks to alternately pave the way forward within three minutes, with their hands and feet not touching the ground, thereby challenging balance and strategy. The archery battle combines traditional skills with modern competition. Participants hold six arrows, and the accuracy of their throws affects their points. They need to remain calm and focused. Blindfolded gong beating is highly entertaining and tests one’s sense of direction. After rotating three times blindfolded, employees beat the gong relying on their intuition and spatial memory. The atmosphere on the spot is cheerful and full of suspense. Blowing the ball across the river tests the control of breath. Players have three chances to blow the ping-pong ball into multiple water cups, which requires both skill and patience. The most anticipated “Crazy Caterpillar” team competition saw each team consisting of four members straddling inflatable props and collaborating to sprint over a 20-meter round-trip course, demonstrating team chemistry and collective strength.
The entire game is ingeniously designed. The team project provides employees from different departments with opportunities to strive together and enhance mutual understanding. The atmosphere on the spot was lively. Long queues formed in each game area, and laughter and cheers never ceased. Employees relieved stress in the competition and deepened their friendship through collaboration.
This garden party is not only a tribute to the company’s 30-year development journey but also a way to express gratitude and give back to the employees for their hard work. In the future, the company will continue to innovate the forms of employee activities, enhance team cohesion through more diversified cultural construction, and inject impetus into the stable development of Baida in the next three decades.
